BILL BECK / COMMERCIAL DIVISION

Commercial services are more than a division of Hale’s Heating and Cooling, but an area of expertise. Prior to owning and operating Hale’s Heating and Cooling, Bill worked in Local #2 as a commercial sheet metal worker for over 20 years. He developed a reputation for doing things right and finding solutions to challenges in the field. His expertise goes beyond commercial ductwork design and installation – he has worked in hospitals, car plants, military bases and just about everything the industry has to offer. He holds a Master Mechanical License and a Master Pipe Fitter License in Kansas City, Missouri. Bill combines his expertise and sense of humor to work with general contractors, engineers, customers and government regulatory professions (when needed) to solve problems for customers.

ERIC O’DONNELL / SERVICE MANAGER

Eric has worked in the industry for 20 years, initally as a service and install technician and later as a service manager. He started his career at a Carrier shop and has stayed loyal to Carrier throughout his career (he actually refuses to install anything but a Carrier!). Eric holds a Master Mechanical license and a Master Pipe Fitter License in Kansas City, Missouri and works to stay current on new equipment and industry standards. He has worked in both residential and light commercial work but finds his greatest satisfaction in solving difficult problems for customers.

MICHELE BECK / SALES & MARKETING

Michele’s background in graphic design has translated well to this business by giving Hale’s a unique identity in the market. The retro feel to the graphics pays tribute to Hale’s long years of service in the community. The hateful beast creates a memorable character on Hale’s service and installation vehicles as well as all marketing platforms. Michele brings value to our residential customers with her passion for energy rebates. Michele sits on the KCP&L Heating and Cooling rebate program advisory board as well as the Carrier Dealer Advisory Committee. Customers regularly comment that she listens to help them select the best equipment for their needs and doesn’t push them into a purchase that doesn’t make sense.
