Mario came today and got us ready for winter and installed a new thermostat also. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He took time to explain each step and was very through in his examination of our systems. He replaced needed parts and got us up and running, all with a very friendly attitude. I would highly recommend Hale's and Mario. Great job!!

We have used Hale’s for several years and they have always been professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Our most recent technician was Michael and he was great at explaining what he was doing, what needed to be changed and new features for our furnace and renewing our service plan. Michael was a very polite, personal and very nice young man.

These guys did a great job. Professional installation, took time to clean up, put down rugs to not track dirt in my house, and they took the time to walk me through the system after install.Great people, great company, highly recommend!

Excellent experience with the whole installation from first phone call through finished product. I was so impressed with the owner that I signed for the job without even getting any other bids. The installation crew was prompt and did a great job. It took them over 10 hours to install both the ac unit and furnace and they were still smiling as they finished cleaning up the work areas. I would not hesitate to use them again and plan on having them service the units yearly.

Hale's Heating & Cooling has always done a great job! I'm sure there are other great heating and cooling companies out there, but when you find one that you can rely on, trust the work, have great customer experience, there really is no need to change or get bids anywhere else. I won't work with another heating and cooling company other than Hale's!
