Bill Beck, Co-Owner and Operator

A commercial sheet metal worker for over 20 years with Local 2 before leading Hale’s Heating and Cooling, Bill brings with him a reputation for high-quality work and practical problem-solving. He holds both Master Mechanical and Pipe Fitter licenses in Kansas City, Missouri. Under his guidance, our commercial services have expanded under the banner of Hale’s Mechanical. Bill’s expertise as an HVAC contractor, combined with his innate sense of humor, fosters a positive work environment, inviting creative solutions to any challenge brought forth by residential and commercial customers.

Michele’s background in graphic design lends a unique and personal touch to Hale’s brand identity. The nostalgic aesthetics of our graphics embody our long-standing community service, while our mascot, the Hateful Beast, adds a distinct, unforgettable character to our brand.
